ORDER SHIPPING
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are free for orders over €100 and are made via UPS courier with delivery from Monday to Friday within 1 - 3 working days from the order depending on the delivery areas and in any case never on public holidays.
Within the European Union, shipments are made via FEDEX courier with delivery from Monday to Friday within 3 - 5 working days from the order date. Outside the European Union, shipments take place via FEDEX courier with the same timing.
During certain times of the year (e.g. sales and holidays), deliveries may take longer. If you have specific requirements regarding delivery timing, please contact customer service at 800 90.51.77 from Italy and the number +39 02 82 900 258 from other countries.
Loverlock does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
ORDER DELIVERY
At the time of delivery of the goods, we kindly ask our customers to carefully inspect the package before signing for the receipt of the shipment. The Loverlock products are carefully packaged and the box is sealed with Loverlock adhesive tape placed around the packaging.
If for any reason the package appears to be tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, please sign for receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Loverlock at info@loverlock.it or customer service at 800.90.51.77. If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be sent to Loverlock within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date indicated on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Loverlock.it and therefore commit to accepting the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
